You know what's cool? Star charts!

Star charts are very effective at maintaining a behavior change or creating a new habit. They are actually so effective, in fact that parents have been warned about over using them on children. But we're all adults here, so let's keep going.

Star charts tend to be used to get kids to do things, but they can be very effective to get adults do things to. I love them. I personally make my own star chart everytime I have a big goal to acheive. I buy some stickers and HELLO I love to put the stickers on the chart everytime to acheive a result. I've created ones for saving money, gaining new clients to my web app, making videos, daily yoga practice and my social media goals. I'm totally self-gamifying!

Star charts are so much fun, that I thought I'd make y'all a few for free that you can download.
